TRANSPORTER: It is your responsibility to make sure that the item(s) listed above are correct and available. You MUST call the pickup location prior to sending your driver to pickup the vehicle(s). Showroom Transport will NOT pay for "loss of truck use" if the vehicle(s) are not exactly as listed, and can not be accommodated by your driver. Showroom Transport does NOT visually verify the vehicle(s) dimensions, condition, etc. as they are stated by the customer. Showroom Transport will NOT pay for dry-runs if vehicle is not ready when you show up to pick it up. Therefore: Please make sure you call pickup in advance to verify EVERYTHING about the vehicle(s). Showroom Transport does NOT do CODs, if you booked this thinking it was COD and you can NOT do it, please call us ASAP.

DRIVER: Please make sure that if a VIN# is listed above, that you grab ONLY the VIN#(s) listed. Showroom Transport will NOT pay for the wrong vehicle pickup. If you get to a location and item was totally misdescribed, note it and have contact sign off on it. (example: it was supposed to be a running vehicle and it is not. Or some other factor that would make you not able to pick it up. Whether you still can deliver it or not, make sure you write it up...At that time please call Showroom Transport at (800) 462-0038. Transporter is responsible for any damage not shown on an inspection report at time of pick up..  Transporter must do an inspection at pickup and leave a copy with pickup location AND must have delivery do an inspection and leave a copy with delivery. If vehicle is picked up at an auction, follow auction procedure for damage reports.  If vehicle is picked up at a point where there is no one to sign the inspection report, you must call 1-(800) 462-0038 to let us know if there is any damage on the vehicle before loading.  Please make Showroom Transport a certificate holder of your insurance. You must bill Showroom Transport within 5 days after delivery.  Please fax your invoice to (703)690-4644.  Please be sure your invoice includes the last 8 digits of the VIN/seriel#, yr., make and model.  Your check will be sent within 21 days upon receipt of your faxed invoice.  If there is any damage done while transporting the vehicleor item, we will not pay until transporting company has paid for the damage or a proper claim has been filed with the insurance company. In the event, the property owner sues Showroom Transport because of damage to item or vehicle, then transporter is responsible for all lawyer fees, court fees and damage fees that Showroom Transport receives. Due to the high number of late deliveries, Showroom Transport will take off 10% of the total to the transporter if vehicle(s) are delivered 24 hrs late.  If 48 hours late, we will deduct 20%.  If 72 hours late, we will deduct 30%.  If more than 4 days late, we will deduct 50%.  If you do not agree to this, Do Not take on this load.  Do Not leave an invoice at delivery location.  You must leave an inspection report.  Fax invoice to Showroom Transport!  Should you have any questions, please contact dispatch at the 24 hour line.  Thank you!
