Custom Chopper moving across country. I was referred to Showroom Transport by 3 different motorcycle shipping companies to ship my chopper. 2 of the companies were listed as a ebay motorcycle shipping company. I am surprised they were not able to ship my chopper although I am glad they referred me to a good company that can. My chopper is about 10 feet long which made it too big for their motorcycle shipping trailers.Took Showroom a week to get to me from Seattle, WA. Showroom Transport provided me with perfect service. Great atv shipping service! Job well done . My atv was transported to me from North Carolina to Colorado. The majority of the companies wanted my atv crated before shipment. I am completely satisfied with the way the transport of my motorhome went. Ty told me he would put a very experienced driver to haul my motorhome.Ty did as promised. Matthew treated my motohome as it was his. Spent time loading it on his trailer ; he put extra boards under tires to make sure bottom of motorhome would not scrape. I saw that shipping show on tv and that had me worried. Matthew did not compare to any of those drivers on that tv show. Matthew was a true professional. Thank you so much to Ty and Matthew. I called Showroom Transport and told them I wanted my car the next day if possible. As you probably know, the only answer you get from other companies is 1-14 days for pick-up and delivery is unknown. That didn't happen to my suprise. Phil said to me that he would take care of it. Later that same afternoon my car was picked up and delivered ontime and even early. I can't say enough of how professional and honest this company treated me. If you want the best of service call Showroom Transport, your problems will be over. Very professional and even thought the final cost was slightly higher than quoted, still a good business transaction. Truck was picked up on time with no damage and transported ahead of time and arrived at the meeting point early. When I spoke with Mr. Leckner about transporting a 10,000-pound park model trailer 10 feet wide nearly 2,000 miles, I was concerned about possible damages en route given the condition of our Interstate highways. He said not to worry, he was going to assign "my best man" to the job. Mr. Betterton, the driver, kept in touch regularly by cell phone. He advised me he would pick up the load on Friday, Oct. 21, and deliver it at a storage site in Arizona on Sunday, Oct. 23. He was there to pick up the trailer at 8 a.m. Oct. 21, got hooked up and took off around noon. The next day I flew from Spokane to Phoenix and drove to the storage site, arriving about 10 a.m. Oct. 23. By then, Mr. Betterton had parked and unhooked the trailer and was waiting at the entrance to the storage site when I drove up. "You're late," he said. I drove up to look at the trailer, bracing for what I was sure would be broken glass and lights from the vibration of the road. Not a single broken glass, light, dish, window. Not a scratch on the entire trailer. Just a lot of squashed bugs on the front windows. It is one of the most astonishing performances I've ever seen and a bargain at $3,800. Thank you, sirs! The manufacturer did not let us know the cart would be late to be delivered until the pick up date. We were able to change the date, change the pickup location and still get the cart picked up on the first day it was ready. Because the new location was closer to the delivery location the price actually was lower than the original quote. We appreciate the flexibility, honest pricing and the service. W. James 6/13/2011 I had my 26 ft sailboat towed from California to Ny state. They had the lower quote out of all the companies i called by far. The boat was towed by a dually across country with no damage. They were very helpful and prompt on calling me back. The operation was top notch with everything they did. When I was in contact with the driver, he always answered his phone and contacted me when I asked. He was very polite saying yes sir, what else would you like me to do sir. He even rewired the trailer lights which could have prevented the boat from getting here. I would use this company in a heartbeat again if i ever need anything transported. This company came out on short notice and moved my 35 ft. 5th Wheel from my residence to a storage facility, where the driver did an excellent job maneuvering it into a 10 ft wide by 40 ft deep space between 2 other stored vehicles. There were some difficulties in getting my trailer out of its parking space where it had sat for 19 years, but the driver, Jared, quickly figured out how to solve the problems. After scheduling we had our new truck in our driveway in just a few days. It's a commercial moving truck so it had to be driven from IL to NY, too big for a carrier. The driver was excellent and delivered it without any damage. He kept us informed and updated through out his drive. The price was reasonable as well. We couldn't find a truck to pick up our machine in a remote location of Michigan. I had received Ty's contact information previously from another customer and decided to give him a call. Very easy to except direction and understand needs since we are not a 24 hour operation. Like I said I wish all shipments would be as easy as this went. I had called Showroom Transport on Saturday March 12 in desperation because the first transport company I had lined up failed to tell the driver that I had an Rv. I had paid a deposit to that one. I talked to Ty of Showroom Transport and he guaranteed me that my Rv would be picked up in 7 working days. It was picked up on March 14 and delivered on March 16. Martin Nichols - 2/18/2011 Showroom Transport Team Showroom Transport provided a very professional service in the relocation of my travel trailer from Sacramento to Dallas. The driver picked my trailer up from storage without my presense. He checked the air in the tires, greased the axles, & checked the torque on the lug nuts. Even though I had the interior ready for transport, he double checked the interior. He didn't hesitate to offer good suggestions or ask questions if he didn't know. The driver remained very professional throughout the transport. He phoned me every morning & every evening, explaining where he was at & expected time of arrival. He also called when he was 60 miles out & also when he arrived at the destination. We set the trailer up the following day & the driver not only knew how to drive a truck forward, but he didn't have any trouble backing up in a straight line. The driver wasn't in a hurry to unhook & leave. He helped me set the trailer up on blocks & level the trailer, using his tools. We also walked the exterior & interior inspecting for damages & there were none. I got 5 quotes & Showroom Transport provided the lesser quote of all 5 & provided an excellent service. Not only was the driver professional & courteous, but Showroom Transport also remained in contact with me either electronically or by telephone throughout the transport. It had been over 3 weeks and the original company did not pick up the jet ski and I was given many different stories over that time. Sue - 1/26/2011 My company uses Showroom Transportation exclusively for all our OTR shipping. We have shipped custom Golf Carts to nearly every state in the USA. Timely pickup and delivery has never been a question. I know that once I place my shipping order, our item will be picked up within days (sometimes it has been hours) and delivery has never had any "issues". All customers are happy with their shipments and we have never had to make a damage claim. We're so pleased with Showroom's commitment to a quality shipment - calling for comparable quotes from other companies is a waste of my time. Multiple friends of mine told me about Showroom Transport before I contracted their services to relocate my vehicle from WA to TX. They were highly recommended. My wife met Alex the driver on the scheduled date of pick up. My wife said he was very polite. At the time of the delivery, I was unable to meet the driver as planned. Alex waited roughly about 5 hours for me to meet him. I apologized to Alex multiple times. Alex was not upset. A matter of fact Alex took the car to the car wash while he was waiting for me. I noticed the other cars on his truck were very dirty from the trip. I expected the car to arrive dirty from all of the nasty weather. Alex was awesome! He said since he had the time while he was waiting for me to wash the car. He thanked me for my service in the military. Gave me the vehicle without expecting a tip. When I handed him the money he told me no no no. I had to climb up on his truck and throw money in the window of his truck . John Borsh - 1/22/11 When I set up an order with Showroom Transports to move my toy hauler 5th wheel trailer, I screened the company as much as I could. I chose Showroom to move my trailer out of about 40 companies that I found online. The reason I chose them was it seemed they have a long history of transporting trailers and many other things. Not only that, I did follow their tutorial on how to check out a company with the federal government site. It says they are a licened and insured established business. Of the 39 other companies I check out , only 10 of them were of that category. I was shocked to say the least. After speaking with Phil and a couple other representatives from Showroom Transport, I decided to go with them. My trailer is a 24 foot cargo trailer. I had many priceless things inside. Hats off to Showroom Transport! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with a company with such great customer service! I also work in the service industry, so I KNOW when it's good or bad. This was far beyond my expectations. It's been awhile that I've been impressed with a service was being provided to me. The operators were courteous at the time of call for a quote. Ty is the man! He called me within minutes and gave me a quote very promptly and even knocked off a fair amount. The total cost was very competitive overall considering the distance it took them transport my Bass Boat to me. Here's the kicker, they arrived 2 days earlier than expected and the boat was perfect! The driver was also friendly and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I even received a follow-up call from Ty a couple hours after taking delivery. The driver of the tow vehicle, Willis, reported to me daily by phone and with photos of his progress across the northern United States. The scheduling of the pick-up and drop-off was precise. The 1st driver was not able to deliver when we wanted, and Ty was able to coordinate the delivery with an alternate driver to deliver the boat safely ahead of the hurricane.We spoke with Ty several times, and also were kept informed of the transporters location. The driver contacted us personally during every step of the delivery. Showroom Transport also kept in contact with the driver and us during this transaction. Our boat was safely and professionally delivered. The driver went through the checklist, drafted by the broker, upon arrival to our home with us to ensure every detail iteml was there. The professionalism of the driver and Ty at Showroom Transport, both gave us peace of mind.We had also gotten quotes from other transporters, and Showroom gave us the better deal. The driver whose name is Carl picked up the trailer on time and it was delivered on time. Our truck we were hauling the trailer with had a problem with the brake controller as well as the trailer brakes were locked up. They used a huge car carrier to move my cars. My tractor would not fit on a car carrier so they used a flatbed trailer for that and they wound up towing my boat with a one ton pickup. All of this only cost 5500.00. I priced around many places and some quoted me over 10k. Everything showed up on time. Except for the boat, the driver was there before I got there. He waited for me a day. Ryan is a great guy. In fact , all of the drivers that moved my stuff was courteous and professional. I give Showroom Transport a big thumbs up! Tom - 12/12/2009 I have hauled heavy equipment before, and I know the immeasureable expense it takes to fuel any kind of vehicle legally and properly equipped to haul extreme heavy weight, over a sustained road distance. I had unexpectedly won the bid of a of a 10,000 lb., 14 year old trailer on e-bay, and I only had a few days to find a way to have it picked up from the site out of state (over 600 miles away). My personal truck was not nearly equipped to handle the load rating, nor did I have any easy access to install the necessary equipment for hauling it, in addition I wouldn't have been able to have obtained the proper trailer registration for the trip back home, so as not to invite police inspections. Quilla Philbrick 10/25/09 From the very first phone call made to Showroom Transport to the delivery of our 5th wheel we were very impressed with the service we received with every aspect. I can't explain the aggravation I went through dealing with two other transport companies. I had never had a car shipped before. The first company I hired had several really nice sounding girls telling me my car should be picked up shortly. The shortly turned into over 10 days and we raised the price three times as I was told there was no reason it wasn't being picked up by a driver and maybe the price should be raised to entice a driver. The car needed to be delivered for my college bound daughter who was left with no transportation for a week. I had planned to be there for the delivery and the airline ticket couldn't be changed so I arrived and left without the car arriving. I then told that company that I needed to contact someone else. I then contacted another transport company who promised a quick door-to-door delivery. A got a call saying my car was to be picked up and stay in an wrecking yard until a driver was found to get it delivered. The car when picked up would be delivered 30-60 miles away from the delivery point to another wrecking yard rather then to the agreed delivery point via the door-to-door service. I called up the company to tell them that was not the deal and was told i "was a jerk" and hung up on saying there was nothing he could do as he didn't even know who was picking up the car. Needless to say - I was really aggravated now and the car hadn't moved one inch. Now the GOOD NEWS. I called several places and didn't have any clue who to trust to get the car delivered. Fortunately, one of the companies I called was Showroom and I talked with Ty. It is difficult to know whether to trust the "front man or woman" and I had doubts if he was being straight with me after my other experiences. HE WAS STRAIGHT. The car was picked up in less then a week and delivered in less then a week. The car was in excellent condition. The driver was a good guy. The price was the price quoted and there was no increase. In fact, the price turned out to be less then the first company after the third raise in price. If you don't regularly ship vehicles and are new to the experience - GO TO SHOWROOM and save the aggravation as well as the time and money in trying these other places. After the car was delivered, I called Ty to say thanks for being a man of his word. I told him that I would recommend him to anyone and hoped I could save someone from what i went through. I am also a man of my word and I do recommend Ty and Showroom. This man was honest with me and got the job done. Thanks Ty. I told them my problem, what I needed to have happen and received a call from the driver within 48 hours. The driver, James, was great. My son had to park his car at the PA airport (as he had to get a rental to continue his drive). James went to the airport, found my sons car, and delivered my sons car to KS (a day early). He was in contact with me the entire time, letting me know where he was and that he had my son's car. I had called other transport companies and they all refused to go to the airport parking lot to find a car. My son's car was delivered a day early with no problems at all. The price was reasonable. I had called around to numerous places and it was right with every other company. Plus this company you spoke to a live person and not a machine. It has been a week now and I am still getting calls from other companys just now returning my call.
